We will refund your online purchases when new books are returned in their original condition with a completed return form within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Description of shipping methods & timing

We use US Postal Service and UPS to ship book orders. Overnight shipping is available when requested at an additional charge. Items ship within 1-2 business days of order.
