Great that you have a business coach and that you listen to her/him. I you raise a great point about the difference between sales vs. marketing activities.

My business coach says I spend too much time on marketing activities (networking, articles, etc) and not enough on selling activities. (Calling customers/prospects and offering services/products.)

Facebook is definitely in the 'marketing' category so if I can fit it into that time bucket, it gets some time. I am working on the discipline not to spend time there if the marketing bucket is full for the week already.

Lorraine,
Yes, I totally agree with you. I'm not certain I have to know each and every move each and evert person I know makes each and every minute! Consequently, I find I only check Facebook after drinking many glasses of wine and I have company over helping me:)Oh well, I'm sure it will run its course in due time. Look how long it actually took me to get around to reading your blog!! Nothing personal, I assure you. See you in two weeks!! Luv, Darcy
